Teltonika FM 5300 GPS Tracker

Ok, here we have the advanced tracker, which GPS data could be used for pinpointing missiles-it's that accurate. Well, it hasn't been tested in this way, but hopefully we won't any get enquiries for that purpose. Anyway, it's pumped with GPS (Global Positioning System) and GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite System) abilities.
GPS was created by US army for their needs at the beginning. Of course, Russia decided that they should stick to their native products, so they've made their own. And that's where consumer wins - now we can have best of both.
Usually any GPS device needs at least 4 GPS satellites out of total 24 flying around the globe, to show the position on map. But with GLONASS you have another net of 24 satellites. So the chances, that you won'get any satellite signal when you are in the woods or in between 2 high skyscrapers are gone to minimum. Double network of satellites allows to get location much faster after fresh start, get more accurate positions, use less power trying to retrieve signal from satellite (that's important if you have limited power supplies or you have mobile phone equipped with GLONASS).

Getting back to FM5300 - it has 2 RS232 ports now, so you can use fuel sensors, Garmin functionality and other features all together. Call us - we will gladly share it's abilities.
